Pre-paid
Sales
Pre-paid sales on all
in-stock items will be delivered as soon as processed.
Pre-payment may be made with Visa, MasterCard, Paypal,
company check, or money order.
Open
Account
Government agencies and
schools may send purchase orders for net 30 day terms.
Organizations that are
not a government agency or school may open an account net 30
days, upon credit approval.

An invoice will be
issued the same day the books are shipped.
If payment is not received by the end of 30 days, a
finance charge of 3% per month will be assessed.
Eligibility for discount
is subject to verification of the status as a library,
government agency, or non-profit organization.
Purchaser agrees to provide Abbott Golf Photography with
documentation needed for the purposes of verification.

Shipping
Policies
Unless you instruct
otherwise, your order will be shipped within five business days
by FedEx, UPS, or USPS with expected delivery time of five to
ten business days from date of shipping. Contact Carol@AbbottGolf.com
or 402-250-8172 to make arrangements for expedited shipping.
Orders can be shipped
via UPS Ground Collect or FedEx Ground Collect if your UPS or
FedEx account number is provided at time of order.
If you do not wish to
use your company UPS or FedEx account, you will be billed the
exact shipping total.

Back-Order
Policy
If a book is not in
stock at the time of purchase, we will backorder; unless the
customer requests otherwise; and ship it as soon as it becomes
available.
Shortages
or non-receipt must be
reported to us within 20 days of the ship date.
Book
Guarantee
Our books are
guaranteed. If a
book has a defect, it will be replaced. We want to know about any defects (missing page, etc.) so
that we may identify, and correct, the problem.
A defective book may be returned at any time without
authorization. Please
include a description of the problem and your contact
information so that we may send a replacement.
Damaged
Shipments
Items damaged in transit
are not the responsibility of Abbott Golf Photography.
Please make a claim with the carrier.
